About the role

  • Support analysis and optimization of operational processes: assist in building dashboards, reporting structures, and KPI tracking
  • Contribute to the implementation of new processes and tools: support and document preparation, testing, and rollout
  • Execute operational initiatives: support clearly defined projects from concept through measurement of success
  • Perform hands-on testing in day-to-day operations at sites, gather feedback, and improve processes
  • Coordinate closely with stakeholders (Operations, Tech, Product, Finance) to ensure smooth workflows

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in an operational environment (e.g., management consulting, startup, or scale-up)
  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proactive, hands-on mentality and genuine interest in understanding and continuously improving operational processes
  • Experience with BI and analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Ability to evaluate KPIs, interpret dashboards, and derive data-driven recommendations
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, particularly in preparing information using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel to get to know sites, analyze processes on-site, and support teams
