About the role

  • You will shape the group's entire accounting function together with the VP Accounting and the team
  • You independently manage relationships with our partners
  • You ensure timely posting and processing of day-to-day transactions (accounts receivable and accounts payable, bank, accruals)
  • You review invoices and payment transactions
  • You assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and prepare and analyze planned-vs-actual comparisons

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed commercial vocational training with professional experience; ideally trained as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte)
  • Ideally, you have experience with financial accounting and payroll accounting
  • You already have good knowledge of DATEV and MS Excel
  • You work precisely, accurately and in a structured manner and enjoy implementing and further developing (digital) processes
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset complete your profile
