About the role

  • Point of contact for 1st-level support and site managers
  • End-to-end resolution of complex technical and commercial inquiries
  • Handling data protection and legal inquiries in coordination with the legal department
  • Acting as an interface between customers, Customer Care, specialist departments and branch offices
  • Identifying software and hardware faults and supporting their resolution
  • Analyzing causes of complaints and driving process improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer service
  • Technical affinity and interest in renewable energy
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of helping people
  • Fluent German (C-level); additional languages are a plus
