About the role
- Point of contact for 1st-level support and site managers
- End-to-end resolution of complex technical and commercial inquiries
- Handling data protection and legal inquiries in coordination with the legal department
- Acting as an interface between customers, Customer Care, specialist departments and branch offices
- Identifying software and hardware faults and supporting their resolution
- Analyzing causes of complaints and driving process improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer service
- Technical affinity and interest in renewable energy
- Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of helping people
- Fluent German (C-level); additional languages are a plus
