Scoping of your own initiatives to improve the setup and the offering of.energy products
Operations support for virtual power plant activities and ensuring smooth operation
Preparation and aftercare of workshops and routines
Interviewing stakeholders and creating product requirement documents for new products
Organizing team events and supporting product manager responsibilities
Working as an equal part of the Heartbeat Tech cross-functional team consisting of developers, a domain expert, and a product manager

You are currently enrolled at a university and are available to work 20 hours per week
You have a basic understanding of software
You are excited about AI and are exploring use cases
You have a solution-oriented mindset, capable of thinking critically and addressing challenges
You take initiative and proactively contribute ideas on what to do next
You demonstrate a strong drive to take responsibility and ownership of tasks
You possess intrinsic motivation to help build exceptional products that delight users
You have strong communication and organizational skills, essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams
You have a history of going the extra mile to deliver outstanding results
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with quick decision-making
You have very good spoken and written English and German skills
