About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as first-line support for customers, resolving technical queries by phone and email
  • Track, collate, and respond to customer issues within agreed timescales
  • Escalate and liaise with Technical Support in Portugal for complicated cases
  • Work closely with Service Account Managers to help develop, grow, and retain customer accounts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office, ticketing systems, and customer service procedures
  • Knowledge of supporting GSM preferred
  • Professional telephone manner and call management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills in French required
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills, including translating technical information into understandable language for customers
  • Exceptional customer relationship management skills, including handling complaints effectively
  • Good teamwork, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good attention to detail and ability to understand and follow technical processes accurately
  • Experience may come from Helpdesk, Customer Service, Call Centre, Mobile Handset Support, or Telecoms roles involving GSM and VoIP
  • Availability to work Monday to Sunday in rotating shifts, adjusting for Daylight Saving Time: winter 5am–2pm, summer 4am–1pm
  • Applicants must already have the legal right to live and work in Brazil
