• Coordinate tax return preparation and submission (CIT, VAT, GST, WHT) with internal teams and external advisors.
• Maintain the internal tax compliance calendar, ensuring timely filings and payments.
• Support the transfer pricing documentation process, including data collection, local file updates, and intercompany transaction tracking.
• Assist in implementing and testing tax-related internal controls, including for order-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles.
• Ensure consistent documentation standards and control procedures are followed for all tax-related processes.
• Work with the Global Tax Manager to assess and mitigate tax risks across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to understand business flows and ensure tax implications are addressed.
• Monitor changes in local tax laws and help assess their operational impact.
• Support internal and external audit and review processes, including gathering documentation and explaining tax positions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve tax workflows and reporting routines.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of internal tax policies and procedures.
• Help implement and maintain tax compliance tracking tools and documentation frameworks.
• Champion a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
