About the role
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and career development support
- Own the architecture and development of full-stack applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js
- Collaborate closely with product managers to translate requirements into actionable development tasks
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployments and high system reliability
- Design and implement scalable backend services leveraging AWS services
- Drive best practices in coding standards, code reviews, and system architecture
- Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure on-time delivery
- Deliver products that support internal operations and drive market-facing initiatives
- Work in an international environment with cross-functional teams to shape and evolve the platform and digital experiences
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role
- At least 2 years in a team lead or management capacity
- Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (DocumentDB, Lambda, EKS, API Gateway, S3, etc.)
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps principles
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
- Strong advocate for clean code, tests, scalability, and performance optimization
- Fluency in English is essential (CV must be submitted in English)
