About the role
- Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media campaigns for B2B audiences.
- Manage campaign budgets, & forecasts to ensure efficient ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Partner with UX/UI teams to optimise landing pages and ensure high conversion rates.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance with actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform changes, and competitor activity.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ hands-on experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid B2B campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of campaign tracking, attribution models, and conversion optimisation.
- Familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
- Understanding of Design, UI/UX best practices and their impact on lead generation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across teams and create compelling ad copies.
- Nice to Have: Experience working in B2B tech, telecom, or SaaS industries is a plus. A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
