About the role

  • Analyse and optimise Meta ad campaigns
  • Onboard clients and train them on the platform
  • Follow up with clients and provide ongoing support
  • Work closely with the CS and Product teams

Requirements

  • Strong motivation to start fast in a tech startup
  • Excellent English level, written and spoken (any additional language is a plus — your clients will be English-speaking)
  • Digital marketing knowledge (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads or TikTok Ads — you can set up campaigns yourself)
  • Proactive and organised mindset — we move fast (we use Notion)
  • Previous experience in Customer Success teams (1+ year)
