About the role
- Deliver classroom and/or virtual training for inbound customer support agents.
- Facilitate onboarding and continuous training programs within a BPO environment.
- Ensure agents are fully prepared to handle inbound accounts effectively.
- Adapt training content to meet operational needs and performance standards.
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to align training with business objectives.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a training role.
- Strong BPO background, specifically in training.
- Solid understanding of inbound accounts and contact center operations.
- High level of experience facilitating training in fast-paced environments.
- English level: C1 (Advanced/Fluent).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
