Senior Data Center Strategic Program Manager

Manager

• Develop and execute strategies to support data center energy supply, market development, and infrastructure. Structure and execute energy supply agreements and innovative clean energy agreements.
• Serve as a lead negotiator and commercial liaison between utilities, hyperscalers/data center developers, and internal stakeholders.
• From an energy perspective, collaborate with internal and external teams to inform site selection efforts. Be well-versed in utility tariffs and rate structures as part of agreement discussions.
• Regularly track and report on development performance metrics, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior leadership. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve project processes and outcomes.

Senior Manager, Data Center Energy

Director

• Oversee all phases of infrastructure construction across multiple large-scale powered land and data center development sites nationwide.
• Manage RFPs, bid reviews, and contract negotiations for general contractors, civil firms, utility partners, and major equipment vendors.
• Direct field execution — ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards are met across all active projects.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings and construction documents to identify risks, resolve design conflicts, and anticipate issues before they escalate.
• Lead contractor and vendor onboarding, ensuring alignment on scope, deliverables, and performance expectations.
• Change management - Ensure cost and schedule impacts are fully validated and justified.

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify and pursue site selection opportunities, including the provisioning of utilities (e.g., power, water, fiber).
• Support negotiations and agreements with local governments, economic development agencies, and landowners, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead site acquisition efforts for new data center projects, including market analysis, site sourcing, due diligence, and transaction execution.
• Evaluate potential sites based on power availability, connectivity, zoning, permitting, and other development factors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, utilities, landowners, and local jurisdictions to support site selection and development.
• Coordinate due diligence and entitlement processes, including environmental studies, title review, and permitting.

Director, Data Center Development

Recruitment

• Support the full life-cycle recruiting process, including: creating job descriptions, coordinating interviews, liaising with hiring managers, requesting management approval, negotiating offers, etc.;
• Source candidates through various resources: networking, cold calling, internet searches, resume databases, contact lists, and employee referrals;
• Assist in the development of innovating sourcing, recruitment strategies, and outreach opportunities to attract diverse, qualified candidates;
• Assist in streamlining the recruiting process and implementing recruiting plans;
• Work closely with various departments to forecast their hiring needs strategically;
• Optimize ATS system by setting up e-mail templates, workflow, dispositions, requisition statuses, analytics, and hiring reporting;
• Establish and manage staffing agency vendor relationships including contract negotiations;
• Update weekly recruitment reports for leader meetings, HQ, and HR team;
• Adheres to the policies and procedures of 174 Power Global; and

Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Develop and progressively elaborate on capital expenditure estimates for project execution costs (engineering, procurement, and construction) for Solar and BESS projects under development through preconstruction.
• Upon initial project screening and evaluation, develop conceptual/parametric cost estimates based on engineering input, historical cost data, and current market trends.
• As projects matures through key milestones, develop master project scopes of work and perform more detailed analyses of CapEx costs.
• Once scopes of work require services to execute the work, prepare solicitation packages, statements of work and specification packages for external party solicitation (affiliate companies, Contractors/EPC's, Consultants etc). Manage Contractor/EPC solicitation processes in collaboration with Procurement, PMO, Development, and Finance/Planning teams.
• Normalize, tender external responses to solicitations against modeled estimates and master scopes of work. Provide recommendations to the Company on how to proceed with capex execution, particularly EPC / Design / Construction services.
• Support contract management, project management teams in negotiating 3rd party contracts.
• Support business development and deal teams by executing estimating tasks noted above, as well as providing initial engineering/constructability reviews: Site evaluation, Review of project documents including site and environmental studies, Identify mitigation to potential project risks to determine the feasibility of the project.
• Conduct site visits as necessary to perform constructability diligence on behalf of the engineering, project management and construction management teams.
• Develop and maintain internal project cost databases, extracting past project cost data in support of developing future cost estimates.
• Develop and maintain external cost databases and market trends in support of forecasting risk and refining future cost estimates.
• Assists Engineering, Project Controls, and PM/CM team in researching, assessing, and analyzing 3rd party EPC/Contractor capabilities as required by assessing construction production rates, project management capabilities, and engineering / preconstruction capabilities. Incorporate known capabilities and limits especially from affiliate partners into future project planning.
• Confirm equipment specifications including bill of materials / bill of quantities for the Balance of System scopes, especially ones developed by 3rd parties.
• Support Procurement Team in their assessment, solicitation, and recommendations of key material equipment procurement.
• Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by Company Management.

Senior Manager, Estimation

Project Manager

• Responsible for on-time, on budget deployment of Utility Scale Solar Power Plants and battery energy storage solutions;
• Manage project budgets, approvals, EPC contractor invoicing and provide Development RFP support;
• Monitor and coordinate all pre-construction activities;
• Supervise and take responsibility for utility-scale photovoltaic and battery energy storage solution installation projects;
• Assist in Procurement with bid development, supporting negotiating and awarding of contracts;

• Lead the full lifecycle of development for gas-fired power projects in the ERCOT region, including site identification, feasibility analysis, permitting, commercial contract negotiation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidate sites for technical, environmental, and commercial viability.
• Manage permitting processes including generation licenses and environmental assessments.
• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, municipalities, and local communities.
• Lead grid interconnection efforts in coordination with utilities and internal teams.
