About the role

  • Develop and execute the Pure Protein brand strategy and annual operating plans to drive sales, market share, and profitability
  • Own the P&L, managing budgets and ensuring investments deliver strong returns
  • Optimize the product portfolio, including assortment, pricing, and merchandising
  • Lead new product development and commercialization from concept through launch
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful in-market execution
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and in-person channels
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Partner with Sales and Customer teams to support retailers and drive product performance
  • Develop tools and materials that help convert consumers and grow distribution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in brand management or brand marketing within CPG, food, or wellness categories.
  • Proven experience owning brand strategy, commercialization, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience supporting sales teams and retail execution.
  • Experience managing budgets and P&Ls with disciplined financial stewardship.
  • Fluency in syndicated data tools such as IRI or Nielsen.
  • Strong understanding of product development, launch processes, and brand building fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills; comfort with PowerPoint.
  • Highly collaborative, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
