About the role
- Develop and execute the Pure Protein brand strategy and annual operating plans to drive sales, market share, and profitability
- Own the P&L, managing budgets and ensuring investments deliver strong returns
- Optimize the product portfolio, including assortment, pricing, and merchandising
- Lead new product development and commercialization from concept through launch
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful in-market execution
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and in-person channels
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints
- Partner with Sales and Customer teams to support retailers and drive product performance
- Develop tools and materials that help convert consumers and grow distribution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus.
- 5–7+ years of experience in brand management or brand marketing within CPG, food, or wellness categories.
- Proven experience owning brand strategy, commercialization, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience supporting sales teams and retail execution.
- Experience managing budgets and P&Ls with disciplined financial stewardship.
- Fluency in syndicated data tools such as IRI or Nielsen.
- Strong understanding of product development, launch processes, and brand building fundamentals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills; comfort with PowerPoint.
- Highly collaborative, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
