About the role

  • Primarily responsible for customer experience during on-boarding process
  • Provide complete ownership and accountability of all responsibilities assigned during customer implementation projects
  • Work with project managers to complete assigned tasks
  • Complete deployment projects using 11:11 Systems best practices
  • Communicate effectively with customers, sales team, and project team
  • Document steps taken, problems incurred, and resolution of issues for customer review
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Foster communication and transparency through all 11:11 Systems teams and staff involved in the sale and delivery of projects
  • Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values
  • Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policies
  • Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgements
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years recent experience as a technical, hands-on, enterprise VMware administrator
  • Enterprise customer-facing technical support experience
  • Hands-on knowledge of VMware’s vSphere and vCloud Director
  • VMware VCA/VCP/VCAP certified
  • Cisco UCS experience
  • Zerto, Veeam, or DoubleTake experience
  • Microsoft server administrative experience (Server, SQL, etc.)
  • Technical experience with Cisco ASA, ASR, and Nexus products
  • Experience working with global data center environments
  • Experience with large-scale virtualization clusters with hundreds of VMs per cluster
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot advanced customer issues
  • Good understanding of how different technologies work together
  • Excellent communicator, high energy, positive attitude, aptitude for professional growth
  • Must be legally eligible to work without visa sponsorship
