About the role
- Review and refine AI-generated outputs on a variety of real estate topics, including residential and commercial property transactions, client advisories, and property management
- Evaluate responses for technical accuracy, legal compliance, and adherence to real-world real estate practices
- Draft realistic real estate scenarios, such as property inquiries, transaction negotiations, market analysis, compliance, and documentation
- Create variations of the same scenario from different roles, such as agent, buyer, seller, or compliance officer
- Identify gaps, misinterpretations, or oversimplified reasoning in AI-generated content
- Assess and improve AI reasoning around industry-specific problem solving, edge cases, and application of regulations
Requirements
- A licensed realtor or experienced real estate professional with several years of hands-on experience
- Based in the EU or UK
- Skilled across the real estate workflow, from property search and valuation to negotiation, compliance, and closing
- Comfortable identifying potential pitfalls in client communication, documentation, regulatory adherence, and market analysis
- Familiar with current real estate tools, documentation standards, and ethical regulations
- Available 8 to 20 hours per week
- Able to start in the coming weeks
