Requirements

10+ years experience in technology leadership roles
Proven experience scaling engineering organizations in growth environments
Strong architectural depth across cloud, infrastructure, and product systems
Experience operating at executive and board level
Ability to translate business strategy into technical execution
An execution mindset
Languages: Dutch and English required
