Infrastructure Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that ingest and process large volumes of operational and machine-generated data
• Architect and manage the company’s data warehouse and overall data infrastructure strategy
• Develop reliable systems for data collection, transformation, storage, and retrieval

Senior Data Infrastructure Engineer

Full-stack Engineer

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and reliable full-stack cloud applications using a variety of technologies
• Build user-friendly web interfaces and APIs for controlling robot behavior, configuring tasks, and managing deployments
• Develop robust backend systems for processing and storing real-time telemetry data, sensor readings, and operational logs from robots
• Implement data visualization tools and dashboards to provide insightful reporting and analytics on robot performance and operational efficiency
• Collaborate closely with embedded engineers, AI/ML specialists, and business owners to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Design and implement secure and efficient data communication protocols between robots and the cloud

Growth Marketing

• Own and execute the full-funnel growth strategy - developed in lockstep with Brand - across awareness, acquisition, conversion, retention, and referral
• Collaborate with Brand team on development of the full consumer journey, ensuring that neither growth nor brand is upstream or downstream from the other
• Build and scale acquisition channels across paid social, search, partnerships, email, and local activation, while ensuring all tactics are consistent with brand identity and positioning and support brand-building objectives
• Lead performance marketing with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, repeat rate, and customer lifetime value
• Design and run rapid experiments across landing pages, offers, and lifecycle campaigns, with creative and messaging direction developed in collaboration with brand
• Build retention and CRM programs that increase engagement, repeat usage, and loyalty
• Partner closely with operations, product, sales, and leadership to improve customer experience and drive growth at the site level
• Own growth analytics, reporting, attribution, and KPI tracking to inform decisions and resource allocation
• Co-create (with brand and customer teams) the playbook for launching new sites and cities, ensuring local growth activation reflects brand standards in every market and supports retail partner relationships
