About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, FSA/HSA, voluntary benefits, and 401(k) retirement plans
- Manage benefits enrollment, qualifying life events, status changes, terminations, and eligibility administration through ADP
- Support annual open enrollment, associate education, and benefits communications
- Serve as a trusted resource for associates and leaders, delivering exceptional customer service and benefits support
- Partner with the Communications team to promote benefits programs and increase associate awareness and understanding
- Analyze benefits data, utilization trends, and associate feedback to identify issues and recommend improvements
- Conduct audits, reconciliations, and compliance activities to ensure accurate benefits administration
- Partner with vendors, Payroll, HR, and other stakeholders to resolve benefits-related issues
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the associate experience
- Monitor ACA eligibility requirements and complete benefits compliance initiatives, reporting, and documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration
- Direct experience with employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave administration, and voluntary benefits
- Direct experience using HRIS systems (ADP), benefits administration software, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with accuracy and attention to detail
- Willingness and ability to work 3–4 days per week onsite as part of our hybrid work model
