About the role
- Own and manage the product lifecycle for core enterprise commerce systems, including e-commerce, MarTech tools, promotion/campaign management systems, catalog/product management, payment systems (with PCI considerations), fraud prevention, and order orchestration.
- Oversee integrations across brands and ensure alignment with core enterprise systems.
- Define and execute product strategies that align with business goals, leveraging customer insights, market trends, and analytics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and system enhancements, balancing customer impact, operational efficiency, and technical feasibility.
- Create and maintain detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure engineering alignment.
- Lead initiatives to improve platform scalability, resiliency, and integration capabilities across the commerce ecosystem.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time, ensuring well-understood technical trade-offs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs), identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Provide technical guidance on system integrations, data flows, and API-driven commerce experiences.
- Partner with marketing, finance, and customer support teams to facilitate seamless product launches, process improvements, and operational support.
- Stay ahead of emerging e-commerce and MarTech trends, bringing innovation to enterprise commerce capabilities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably within enterprise commerce, FinTech, or MarTech domains.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise e-commerce architectures, catalog management, payment processing, PCI compliance, order orchestration, and fraud prevention systems.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven decision-making.
- Technical proficiency in API integrations, system data flows, and platform scalability best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues, support cross-functional teams in resolving enterprise commerce challenges, and provide expert recommendations.
- Familiarity with enterprise e-commerce platforms, marketing automation tools, and financial technology solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of working across engineering, marketing, finance, and customer experience teams.
- Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience with KPI tracking and performance analytics tools to assess system effectiveness and identify optimizations.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SQL, Databricks, Swagger, or similar product/analytics platforms.
- Product management certification (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, CSPO, SAFe PM/PO) is a plus.
