• Serves as the accountable leader for a $3B+ energy project finance portfolio, ensuring strong risk-adjusted performance, yield optimization, and portfolio health.
• Operates as the "quarterback" for the Energy business, integrating strategy, credit, origination, and execution across the full deal lifecycle.
• Acts as Product Owner for Project Finance (Energy), defining program standards, governance, and execution priorities.
• Evaluates transactions prior to formal underwriting to ensure appropriate structuring, pricing, and alignment with credit and portfolio objectives.
• Provides leadership and oversight across syndicated and non-syndicated transactions, including deal structuring and capital strategy.
• Partners closely with Credit to proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring alignment with internal risk frameworks and external expectations.
• Owns visibility into the full pipeline, including top-of-funnel sourcing, partner-driven opportunities, and deal conversion.
• Ensures forecast accuracy across originations, funding timing, and revenue realization.
• Monitors daily lending limits, portfolio concentrations, and emerging risks.
• Serves as a senior relationship leader with key external partners (e.g., BridgePeak), maintaining high credibility and trust.
• Builds strong, respected relationships with internal stakeholders including Credit, Treasury, Legal, and executive leadership.
• Collaborates with Treasury on on- vs. off-balance sheet strategies to optimize capital deployment and returns.
• Maintains deep expertise across energy sectors, including solar, biogas, oil & gas, and emerging energy technologies.
• Provides guidance on market dynamics, public ratings considerations, and evolving industry trends impacting deal structure and portfolio performance.
• Leads or partners in complex legal negotiations to ensure favorable risk positioning and commercial outcomes.
• Ensures adherence to program standards, regulatory expectations, and internal control frameworks.
• Identifies and escalates credit issues, portfolio risks, and structural gaps proactively.

VP, Energy Program

• Develop and lead a comprehensive total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and employee health & wellness aligned with Avera Health’s mission and strategic priorities.
• Design and implement competitive, equitable, and innovative pay and benefits programs that support caregiver well-being and organizational performance.
• Partner with leadership to align total rewards strategies with workforce needs, financial goals, and the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care.
• Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making, measure program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain effective governance structures for total rewards programs.
• Oversee benefits operations, ensuring effective, efficient, and high-quality service delivery across the organization.
• Manage vendor partnerships and contracts to optimize value, quality, and service for benefits administration.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate total rewards programs into the broader employee experience and strengthen engagement and retention.
• Communicate the value of total rewards in a clear and meaningful way to caregivers, leaders, and stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team while modeling Avera’s values and advancing a culture of service excellence, stewardship, and collaboration.

Vice President – Total Rewards

• The Vice President, Global Corporate Brand & Storyground leads two core creative functions within A+E Global Media’s Marketing division: the Global Corporate Brand team — which oversees B2B trade marketing, business narratives, executive communications, internal communications, and brand creative — and Storyground, A+E Global Media’s branded content studio
• This role serves as the senior creative and narrative leader across both functions, owning creative vision, quality standards, enterprise storytelling, and executive-level client relationships while enabling strong senior creative leaders to manage daily execution
• The VP is accountable for the creative and strategic effectiveness of both teams, including pitch excellence, post-sale delivery quality, narrative consistency, and the development of a strong creative culture
• This role also serves as a central creative and narrative leader for A+E Global Media, shaping how the company presents itself to internal stakeholders, external partners, and the broader marketplace
• Define and uphold the voice, tone, and creative expression of the brand across external-facing work and internal communications, ensuring consistency, clarity, and cultural relevance at every touchpoint
• Lead and develop the Storyground branded content studio, setting the creative vision, quality bar, and pitch standards for the team
• Serve as the senior point of contact for Media Solutions advertisers, and brand partners on Storyground engagements
• Ensure sold campaign executions meet the creative standard established in the pitch phase
