Vice President

• provides leadership, guidance, and support, ensuring achievement of operational and financial objectives for the branches and shops within the division
• sets the sales strategy and growth plan for a Division and ensures the execution
• supervises the sales and operational performance of up to 15 branches
• recruits and develops Branch Managers to oversee and optimize sales and operations in each market
• reports to a Group Executive who helps with direction, prioritization, and resolution of key issues
• implements corporate initiatives, policies, and procedures to support the overall direction of Motion Industries
• collaborates to identify and secure new business opportunities and improve operational effectiveness
• plans, organizes, allocates resources and directs the day-to-day operations of the division
• covers all aspects of sales, account management, training, and sales support
• develops sales plans and budgets for achieving sales goals

• Shape the strategic direction, governance model, and long-term maturity of our Insider Trust Program
• Ensure alignment across security, HR, legal/privacy, compliance, technology, and business operations to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to data loss, intellectual property theft, fraud, misuse of systems, and other harmful internal behaviors
• Support daily Insider Trust Program efforts, including development and documentation of use cases, playbooks, workflows, and response—while driving risk assessments and defining critical metrics, dashboards, and reporting
• Work with technology partners to bring together insider risk data points from across the firm to mitigate risk
• Operationalize high-value asset protection for source code, trade secrets, sensitive customer/employee data and critical systems
• Partner with HR, Legal, IT, and Security to enhance controls, improve detection, and support insider‑risk evaluations

VP, Insider Trust Program

• Design and govern the enterprise training curriculum for all RCM roles
• Build and maintain training pathways for AI tool adoption
• Oversee QA programs for all human work product across service delivery
• Own the analytics infrastructure and reporting function that tracks delivery performance
• Build and lead a high-performing team of directors and individual contributors

Senior Vice President, Quality and Intelligence

• Organize and direct Electrification Installation Products field sales districts and areas in the Gulf Region.
• Plan and execute sales activities to achieve maximum profitable volume.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing sales organization by directing multi‑level leaders.
• Drive strategic sales growth through annual field sales planning and market analysis.
• Optimize sales structure and performance by evaluating territories and staffing.
• Strengthen market position by overseeing key customers and guiding solution‑selling strategies.

Regional Vice President

• Responsible for orchestrating operational and growth strategies
• Oversight of program development and delivery of Honest Health programs
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and manage relationships with external PO partners
• Oversee strategy, growth, operational and P&L oversight of multiple business partnerships
• Collaborate with Finance, Analytics and Operations to drive performance improvement initiatives
• Mentor management teams while establishing accountability for key performance indicators
• Ensure clinical teams focus on patient needs and staffing appropriately supports the needs of partners
• Develop and nurture relationships with local health plan leadership teams
• Deliver on growth strategy quarter over quarter
• Represent the Honest brand in the community
