User Researcher

• Lead the design of registries, observational studies, and pragmatic/real-world evidence (RWE) studies
• Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for external customers, investigators, sites, and partner organizations
• Partner with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure protocols meet scientific, regulatory, and operational standards
• Identify, cultivate, and lead strategic research partnerships with academic medical centers, health systems, professional societies, and external research networks

Physician Researcher, Study Design, Registry

• Lead user research to uncover new insights and opportunities
• Understand current needs and expectations, and test potential design solutions
• Collaborate with partners, designers, product managers and developers on research activities
• Establish a research portfolio that looks across the end-to-end lifecycle
• Manage multiple research projects simultaneously
• Develop well-crafted research plans with clear research goals
• Conduct usability sessions and develop quantitative surveys
• Conduct partner and client interviews
• Create prototypes using Figma or similar technology
• Identify insights by analysis of quantitative and qualitative data
• Translate insights into relevant recommendations across digital and physical products
• Create communication tools to share insights across development teams
• Present research findings to the larger team in a clear and organized fashion
• Implement a research strategy by collaborating with product teams and partners
