Threat Intelligence Specialist

• Protect our customer's networks by identifying and understanding intrusions using Falcon Endpoint data and the broader CrowdStrike product suite.
• Analyze adversary activity and communicate those findings to customers as part of our fast-paced time sensitive mission to help stop breaches.
• Undertake research to improve our detection capabilities, understand our adversaries, build tools, or work with other CrowdStrike teams across a broad range of topics and projects.
• Participate in active and passive threat hunting and gain fast-paced experience in dealing with threat actors

Threat Hunter

• Maintain ownership of assigned customer accounts, facilitate high levels of customer satisfaction, and be a trusted advisor for CAO Elite customers
• Perform threat hunting, research dark web data, and research tailored threat intelligence for CAO Elite customers based on their specific requirements and environment
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations relating to intelligence reports, dark web alerts, and threat hunting findings on a regular basis
• Respond to customer requests relating to threat intelligence, threat hunting, and dark web monitoring

Senior Threat Hunting Intelligence Analyst – Mountain/Pacific

• Build, maintain, and enhance data pipelines and core tools using technologies such as SQL, Power Query, Alteryx, Snowflake Power BI, and related data platforms.
• Support the development and iteration of dashboards, reports, and data models that deliver reliable operational and strategic workforce insights.
• Ensure data quality, performance, and stability of existing analytics products through routine monitoring, troubleshooting, and improvement.
• Collaborate with senior team members to prototype new analytics solutions, validate requirements, and contribute to minimum viable product development.
• Serve as the team’s rapid‑response lead, providing timely, accurate data and quick‑turn analyses for emergent requests from HR and business stakeholders.

Principal Specialist, Workforce Intelligence Analyst

• Lead proactive, hypothesis-driven hunts.
• Own the hunt methodology.
• Drive the detection engineering partnership.
• Operationalize Threat Intelligence.
• Mentor SOC analysts and junior hunters.
• Lead complex incident investigations.
• Report on program outcomes.

Staff Threat Hunter

• Investigate system-generated alerts, referrals, and account activity to identify suspicious behavior
• Analyze customer and transaction data to detect irregular patterns and potential financial crimes
• Document findings clearly in case management systems, including detailed narratives and SAR filings when required
• Exercise sound judgment to escalate or refer high-risk accounts in accordance with procedures
• Partner with internal teams and serve as a resource on fraud and suspicious activity inquiries
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML regulations and internal policies through accurate reporting
• Monitor trends and support reporting, metrics, and research to enhance detection strategies
• Continuously build expertise through training, tools, and industry best practices
