Marketing Specialist – Physical Therapy

• Provide high quality, innovative, tele-therapy to Headspace patients over a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform
• Complete, sign and lock clinical case notes in EMR within 48 hours of session as part of the per-session reimbursement rate.
• Maintain your personalized database to record proof of licensure, license updates, expiration dates, personal information, etc.
• Keep your availability calendar up to date
• Work with a collaborative care team including health coaches, other therapists, psychiatrists, and external care providers

Licensed Therapist, 1099 Contractor

• Conducting patient evaluations and providing treatments in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Participation in indirect patient care activities as needed.
• Work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month, in addition to any scheduled weekdays.
• Assist with holiday coverage and may be asked to cover additional or alternative shifts.
• Expected to provide coverage at other Concord Hospital sites when necessary.
• Performs patient evaluations and re-evaluations and documents accordingly.
• Advocates for and is active in developing team members.
• Develops and documents assessments and treatment goals.

Physical Therapist – Inpatient

• Administers radiation therapy treatments accurately and safely
• Positions and immobilizes patients according to treatment plan
• Utilizes the Quality Assurance (QA) program for treatment delivery and patient care
• Demonstrate knowledge of age-specific requirements for the population served
• Ability to teach student therapists and observers in the department

Radiation Therapist

• Review medical histories, discuss symptoms, and understand the client's desired outcomes or treatment goals.
• Evaluate the client’s soft tissues, muscle strength, and range of motion to develop an appropriate treatment plan.
• Apply pressure, kneading, and movement using hands, fingers, forearms, or elbows to manipulate muscles, tendons, and ligaments.
• Perform specific techniques such as deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point therapy, sports massage, or prenatal massage depending on client needs.
• Provide guidance on posture, stretching, strengthening, and overall relaxation techniques.
• Document treatment progress, manage client bookings, and track sessions.
• Maintain a clean workspace, sanitize equipment, and properly wash linens between clients.

Licensed Massage Therapist

• Provide evidence-based individual and group treatment to patients and families
• Use measurement-based care to inform treatment planning
• Collaborate with other care team members (e.g., coach and psychiatrist)
• Provide feedback on program curricula and training protocols
• Provide feedback regarding the various applications of technology in treatment
• Maintain awareness of risk management issues
• Complete documentation in a timely and thorough manner
• Participate in initial and ongoing trainings on the application of evidence-based and tech-enhanced care delivery
• Facilitate skills or skills practice groups, as assigned. These age-based groups, for patients or parents/caregivers, focus on skills development and implementation based on the InStride Health curriculum. These groups are based in CBT, and integrate aspects of ACT and PMT

Child & Adolescent Therapist

• Perform intake assessments
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children

• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
