Technician

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) equipment, including Overhead Hoist Transport (OHT) vehicles, Under-Track Storage (UTS) systems, conveyors, and substrate and film frame sorting systems
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues affecting material transport and wafer handling operations to ensure reliable system performance and minimal downtime
• Monitor system performance, respond promptly to alarms, and restore equipment functionality in a timely manner to minimize production disruptions and maintain operational efficiency
• Support installation, commissioning, qualification, and upgrade activities for AMHS and sorter equipment in collaboration with vendors and engineering teams to ensure successful deployment and optimal performance
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, spare parts inventory, and technical documentation while ensuring compliance with fab safety requirements and operational standards
