Technical Program Manager

• Drive project triage and coordination across multiple concurrent workstreams, keeping priorities clear and progress visible
• Run core operational cadences - standups, demos, and reporting cycles - to keep teams aligned and moving
• Own program coordination for key stakeholders, including calendar management and scheduling
• Maintain and manage Linear to track work, surface blockers, and support delivery across the team

• Own and evolve the ML development engine
• Own the data feedback loop
• Define and scale data systems and operations
• Support compute planning and solutioning
• Partner with researchers to translate goals into executable plans
• Contribute to opportunity research
• Improve model performance tracking and evaluation visibility
• Coordinate across teams to align priorities
