• Partner with key stakeholders to define, scope, prioritize and deliver major strategic initiatives that span multiple teams and multiple organizations across Ford.
• Understand the needs of stakeholders across the company and influence as appropriate to achieve alignment on the prioritized initiatives.
• Lead the defining and tracking of success criteria and performance metrics, including Objectives and Key Results [OKRs].
• Implement and execute roadmaps, schedules, project plans, and resourcing plans to enable Ford to meet customer commitments across all customer constituencies.
