Technical Account Manager

• Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned customers. Act as their primary point of contact, ensuring customers have a dedicated resource for all their technical needs.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the Perk platform including architecture, configuration options, integrations and product roadmap.
• Guide customers through program setup, configuration and optimisation - helping them adapt the platform with precision and speed to meet their business objectives.
• Where significant program changes are required, scope the work accurately and coordinate with Professional Services or implementation partners, retaining technical oversight throughout.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical problems, ensuring that customers' concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Provide Account Managers with the technical context needed for renewal and expansion conversations (e.g. adoption data, open technical risks configuration complexity).
• Systematically feed customer product feedback back to Product and Engineering, turning field experience into product input.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to offer proactive recommendations to customers.

Technical Account Manager, DACH

• Serve as a consistent weekly touchpoint for the client, managing day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) activities and ensuring timely execution through personal ownership, internal collaboration, and effective use of available resources.
• Develop and oversee channel implementation strategies that align with channel technical requirements and Rithum's platform capabilities.
• Drive tactical execution strategies across the Rithum platform, including operational workflows and commercial levers such as repricing, promotional planning, and algorithmic optimization to enhance visibility and maximize revenue conversion.
• Conduct technical reviews, identifying areas for optimization and offering forward-looking recommendations aligned to client goals.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping clients overcome obstacles and achieve value realization through effective use of Rithum’s solutions.
• Own the resolution of complex technical issues in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Client Success Enginering teams.
• Bridge communication between client technical teams and Rithum’s internal teams to ensure mutual understanding and streamlined execution.
• Support technical roadmap planning, feature adoption, and product feedback loops with strategic clients.
• Maintain deep knowledge of platform functionality, data flows, and emerging capabilities.

• Increase the lifetime value of the Customer through greater advocacy, serving as a customer advocate in the evolution of our products and platform functionality integral to the customer's success.
• Elevate the customer experience by achieving higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall health scores.
• Ensure delivery on key operational metrics, including Customer Health, Adoption (Consumption & Usage), Reference-ability, Renewal Likelihood, Upsell / Cross-Sell Potential, and Net Retention Rate and churn.
• Drive premier and programmatic Customer Success practices that support consistent customer lifecycle improvements and faster Time to Value (TtV).
• Work closely with Account Teams and Renewals Managers to identify new opportunities and upsell potential while addressing any issues putting renewals at risk.
• Engage broadly across the Customer organization from users through to C-Level/Influencer as required.
• Ensure customer feedback and required capabilities are clearly captured and conveyed internally to enable ongoing improvement of process, products, and services.
• Support customers by addressing important issues and, if necessary, creating effective guidelines for their specific needs.
• Ability to onboard Cohesity customers to achieve agreed-upon outcomes post-implementation.
• Collaborate with our Critical Accounts Program (CAP) team to assist in restoring accounts with negative sentiment to a positive state.
• Understand and report back on 'voice of customer' feedback collected from randomly selected Cohesity customers and address any issues and provide follow-up.
