Systems Engineer

• Perform Endpoint/identity/device-lifecycle engineering to reduce unauthorized discovery, lateral movement, credential misuse, and persistence
• Designs/maintains secure macOS & Windows workstation images (on-site + VDI/remote)
• Engineers patching/version control (Ivanti, KACE, Intune, GPO)
• Supports Intune/Autopilot enrollment with passwordless auth & hardware keys (YubiKey, CAC)
• Builds logging/telemetry into SIEM/EDR
• Runs assess→ recommend →approve → implement → validate workflow
• Produces runbooks and KT

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and document business needs
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs
• Manage epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Partner with experts and engineers to support solution design
• Provide guidance to delivery teams to reduce ambiguity

Business Systems Analyst III

• Responsible for conducting risk assessments using various resources including Service Now and proprietary questionnaires
• Conduct assessments on requested software and mobile applications, as well as policy exception documentation, and risk remediation
• Work closely with several pillars of cybersecurity such as Identity and Access Management and Security Architecture
• Support process enhancement and redesign efforts to streamline Cybersecurity delivery
• Provide insight into scope and parameters of required analysis to define outcome criteria and deliver measurable actions
• Contribute to the determination of key data points from raw data and generate information to create meaningful actionable metrics and represent at an executive level
• Operate in compliance with all federal, state, and local mandated information security laws, rules, and guidelines
• Remain current with the latest industry information
• Ability to work within procedures with minimal oversight
• Ability to communicate effectively with leaders at all levels of the organization.

Cybersecurity Business Systems Analyst II

• Designing, implementing, and securing enterprise identity and access management infrastructure
• Ensuring authentication, authorization, and access management across hybrid environments
• Leading the architecture of domain topologies and global replication
• Driving the adoption of modern authentication protocols
• Integrating systems through API calls (REST, SOAP, JSON)
• Managing enterprise PKI and certificate lifecycles
• Enforcing security baselines via Group Policy
• Mentoring junior engineers in best practices

Senior Identity System Engineer

• Actively lead and participate in discovery process in order to design and document system build specifications
• Validate all technical requirements
• Liaison between client wants and business needs
• Consult on best practice
• Stay up to date on product functionality and enhancements
• Assist with payroll, import and export conversations and support design/mapping
• Identify and solve for system or knowledge gaps
• Submit and liaise on product enhancements and bug fix requests
• Validate all technical requirements through testing
• Coordinate closely with build analyst to ensure aligned
• Participate in ongoing business process standardization
• Provide accurate and timely project communication, status and schedule updates to assigned client
• Create/interpret data mapping from source system(s) to target system
• Utilize assigned data conversion tools and documentation to promote efficiency and standardization
• Clearly communicate and present solutions to internal and external clients
• Participate in new client sales pursuits to demonstrate system functionality and answer questions
