Systems Engineer

• Support and maintain subscription billing platforms such as Zuora, Stripe Billing, and Chargebee
• Configure and manage pricing plans, product catalogs, subscriptions, invoicing rules, credits, and cancellations
• Independently handle routine subscription lifecycle events and billing issues, escalating complex cases to senior teammates
• Support sales tax configuration and maintenance within billing systems
• Assist with tax engine integrations and updates (e.g., Avalara) under guidance from senior analysts
• Partner with Finance and Tax teams to support audits, compliance reviews, and tax‑related reporting
• Support integrations with payment gateways and processors (e.g., Stripe, Adyen, Braintree)
• Investigate payment failures, retries, refunds, chargebacks, and reconciliation issues
• Help identify opportunities to improve payment success rates and billing accuracy
• Gather and document business requirements for billing, tax, and payment changes
• Create functional documentation, process flows, user stories, and test cases
• Execute and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate end‑to‑end invoice, tax, and payment accuracy
• Collaborate closely with a Senior Business Systems Analyst and cross‑functional partners including Finance, Revenue Operations, and Engineering.

Business Systems Analyst – Billing/Payments

• Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems
• Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal
• Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints
• Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications
• Provides technical expertise for the installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of installed systems
• Performs duties as Power Control Station/ Power Safety Officer (PCO/PSO) oversees the conduct of routine and preventative maintenance
• Informs the chain of command of any substantive changes to routine system configuration or capability
• Drafts daily/monthly/weekly watch bills in support of operational requirements

• Build the intelligence and automation layer on top of marketing and AI visibility data
• Transform structured data into decision frameworks, automated insights, and applied AI workflows
• Define how search and AI visibility data should be collected, transformed, and operationalized
• Partner closely with data engineering and BI teams
• Ensure underlying datasets, instrumentation, and reporting outputs support SEO and AI visibility analysis
• Shape ingestion and normalization strategies for datasets across APIs, warehouses, and platforms
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting systems
• Translate business questions into structured technical requirements
• Define analytical frameworks and scoring logic for evaluating brand visibility
• Develop monitoring and alerting systems for meaningful shifts in search visibility
• Build and maintain automation and prioritization models for actionable recommendations
• Partner with various teams to embed search intelligence systems into planning and execution workflows
• Document system logic and operational processes for long-term scalability

Senior Search Data and Systems Engineer, Organic and Agentic Search

• Perform Endpoint/identity/device-lifecycle engineering to reduce unauthorized discovery, lateral movement, credential misuse, and persistence
• Designs/maintains secure macOS & Windows workstation images (on-site + VDI/remote)
• Engineers patching/version control (Ivanti, KACE, Intune, GPO)
• Supports Intune/Autopilot enrollment with passwordless auth & hardware keys (YubiKey, CAC)
• Builds logging/telemetry into SIEM/EDR
• Runs assess→ recommend →approve → implement → validate workflow
• Produces runbooks and KT

• Collaborate in teams on different challenge projects
