About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design, development, and integration of complex simulation tools to support large-scale Joint and Coalition exercises.
  • Integrates disparate simulation systems and C4I systems with the core JTLS-GO simulation, ensuring seamless data exchange and operational realism.
  • Provides technical direction and supervision to development teams.
  • Creates and presents technical roadmaps and strategic plans for simulation architecture.
  • Experience across the full M&S lifecycle, including requirements analysis, tool development, Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A), and post-event analysis.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's or higher in relevant technical discipline such as Computer, Data Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or other engineering majors.
  • 8+ minimum years of experience or 12+ years relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • 8 + years of experience in M&S engineering, with a deep understanding of LVC principles and their application in DoD technical programs.
  • Advanced, hands-on experience with the Joint Theater Level Simulation - Global Operations (JTLS-GO) environment, including its use in Combatant Command level Command Post Exercises (CPXs) and Field Training Exercises (FTXs).
  • Active Secret Clearance
