System Administrator

• Administer and maintain servers, storage, virtualization platforms, and network infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Manage system access, authentication, and secure remote connectivity to ensure security and compliance.
• Support cloud infrastructure for SaaS applications, including platform migrations and cloud modernization initiatives.
• Provide Tier 3/escalation support for complex technical issues, including performance troubleshooting, and participate in an on-call rotation to ensure system stability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and highly available solutions for internal and client systems, while mentoring junior administrators.
• Evaluate, test, and implement new tools and technologies, contributing to automation and continuous improvement efforts.

Senior Network & Systems Administrator

• Own the full employee IT lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—ensuring new hires are productive on day one and systems remain secure, scalable, and lightweight as the company grows.
• Design, deploy, and evolve cloud and SaaS systems (Azure AD, Intune, Jamf, AWS) with an emphasis on simplicity, automation, and scalability, making judicious trade-offs where necessary.
• Develop and maintain network diagrams, manage firewall configurations, VPN (Fortinet / OpenVPN) and AWS Server setups, and ensure secure and efficient network operations.
• Oversee the configuration and management of security tools, including email security solutions, IDS/IPS, SIEM, Defender, and log management systems.
• Create and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficient operations.
• Provide responsive, solution-oriented support while proactively identifying recurring issues and eliminating root causes through automation or process improvement.
• Manage and deploy system patches and updates to maintain security and functionality across all devices.
