About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer core collaboration systems (e.g.Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, DocuSign or other IT business applications) by owning the product development of these tools and managing the queue of requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to facilitate high-priority incident resolution.
- Communicate clearly with requesters on status, timelines, and resolutions in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Identify recurring issues, inefficiencies, and manual processes through ticket trends and user feedback.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system usability, reliability, and data quality.
- Explore automation and orchestration opportunities using tools like Workato or AI-assisted workflows to create end-to-end system flows.
- Monitor and maintain system health, adoption and cost efficiency.
- Support system implementations and enhancements by assisting with testing and validation, feature rollouts and upgrades, and in-house product development projects.
- Partner with business teams to improve how systems support operational workflows and ensure tools are aligned with our security standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 years of experience administering SaaS platforms (e.g.Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, DocuSign, or other IT business applications)
- Experience working within an ITSM or ticket-based support model.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and cross-system data flows.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
