• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and suppliers to manage logistics schedules
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or disruptions
• Maintain accurate logistics records, shipping documentation, and compliance paperwork
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with procurement
• Prepare logistics reports and analyse performance metrics

Logistics Coordinator

• Control and coordinate daily operational flow between warehouse dispatch and transport loading activities
• Act as the operational gatekeeper for warehouse loading readiness
• Validate order availability, ex picking completion, and loading accuracy prior to dispatch
• Ensure adherence to DSV standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Proactively identify risks related to stock accuracy and timing
• Drive corrective actions in real time

Senior Logistics Coordinator, Transport, Contract Logistics

• Responsible for the management, support and coordination of all transporters information and deliverables to ensure the customers service levels are met
• Transporter management: Co-ordinating/Consolidating all the information from various transporters in a presentable manner
• Understand the client’s business & requirements
• Understand the client’s customer requirements
• Develop a strong, trusting relationship with clients and transporters
• Maintain various reports in line with KPI and contractual obligations
• Complete daily system checks to ensure all data to and from the transporters system is working
• Daily team meetings with various stakeholders, aligned to client and transportation deliverables
• Ensure client queries are managed daily and necessary escalation and issue resolution is addressed within KPI
• Support in creating and maintaining processes, SOP’s, Work Instructions etc.
• Ensure on going performance measurement, systems and metrics are used and in line to service excellence and client centricity
• Consistently reviewing data to identify areas of improvement to support the overall services and development of the transportation product

• Lead the end-to-end demand forecasting by integrating sales data, promotions, trends, and seasonality to deliver accurate, unbiased forecasts
• Drive the S&OP process by leading cross‑functional meetings, challenging assumptions using forecast accuracy metrics, and highlighting supply risks and opportunities
• Collaborate closely with sales/commercial teams, production, purchasing and Pricing teams to align forecasts, production plans, and business targets
• Drive continuous process improvements on the supply chain data i.e. lead times, minimum order quantities, and ensure data accuracy
• Analyse data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
• Develop, maintain and improve inventory models
• Oversee and improve inventory management procedures
• Track KPIs and report on supply chain’s performance
• Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects
• Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems

Demand Planner, SA, SSA

• Issue and track purchase orders in the inventory management system.
• Manage receipts and maintain accurate log entries as inventory moves through the system.
• Reconcile open POs over time — items may come in partially, be substituted, or change over weeks/months.
• Handle data loads from multiple sources and allocate costs appropriately.
• Respond to third-party inquiries about inventory status (sold, scrapped, leased, consigned).
• Maintain exception logs and flag discrepancies.
• Support recosting activities and work with the purchasing team to keep records current.
• Process additions, removals, and status changes in the inventory system.
• Support scrap and change order processing.

Purchasing & Inventory Control Coordinator – SAST, PST Hours

• Provide effective leadership as the supply chain's main point of contact in ZA, MENA and Africa
• Promote a culture of collaboration and innovation within a diverse team
• Collaborate closely with your team to define and implement strategic initiatives, processes, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Systematically identify, assess, and manage major supply risks and constraints within the region
• Ensure timely supply of parts for contractual business, Transactional Sales and CIM cases
• Strategically manage and reduce the instances of turbines being stopped due to spare part unavailability
