Supply Chain

• Help support the day-to-day movement of inventory across Metronet’s supply chain
• Coordinate and monitor inbound shipments from suppliers to Metronet’s facilities
• Facilitate the transfer of inventory movement between 60+ market warehouses
• Work with strategic partners (3PL partners, carriers) to achieve and exceed cost and service metrics
• Assist with the onboarding of vendors to Metronet’s Vendor Compliance Manual
• Schedule freight movement through carriers & preferred 3PL partner(s)
• Update and maintain centralized recordkeeping of market warehouses and contact information
• Establish and document standard operating procedures and process maps
• Analyze data and produce reporting for management
• Audit freight invoices for accuracy

Logistics Coordinator

• Support key initiatives across procurement, logistics, inventory management, and operations.
• Analyze supply chain data (spend, inventory, freight, supplier performance)
• Develop dashboards and reports using Excel or BI tools
• Identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities
• Assist with supplier research and benchmarking
• Support RFQ/RFP processes (data collection, bid analysis, comparisons)
• Help track contract compliance and supplier performance metrics
• Support freight and logistics analysis (cost, service levels, carrier performance)

Global Supply Chain Intern

• Develop and optimize supply chain planning schedules, forecasts, materials, build plans, and capacity requirements to meet customer demands
• Conduct detailed 'what-if' scenario planning to assess engineering, product, process, and inventory strategies as needed
• Analyze and resolve inventory challenges, including timing, depth, and efficient flow, to support both short-term and long-term business objectives
• Provide quantitative and qualitative inputs to demand management to balance supply and demand constraints effectively
• Plan, prepare, issue, and control supply chain schedules and materials requirements while ensuring timely execution
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure streamlined material management and uninterrupted supply operations
• Evaluate supply chain capacity needs and capabilities to support Intel's strategic business goals
• Interface with subcontractors to negotiate contracts, pricing, and performance, ensuring alignment with Intel's expectations
• Recommend solutions to supply, demand, and contingency scenarios to influence key business decisions

Supply Chain Planning Analyst

• Analyze reagent/analyzer contracts for renegotiation leverage and conversion opportunities
• Evaluate analyzer platform consolidation across 6 CHSLI hospitals
• Review reference laboratory contracts (send-out testing, esoteric testing, genetics)
• Assess blood bank utilization, product wastage, crossmatch ratios
• Conduct POCT program reviews for consolidation and vendor standardization
• Work with Lab Directors, Pathologists, Medical Directors, and Technical Supervisors

Laboratory Supply Chain Manager

• The Warehouse Manager II is responsible for overseeing and participating in the planning, organizing, and implementing safe and effective operations of the assigned EarthScope warehouse as well as logistics, import/export/shipping and customs compliance for EarthScope-supported activities.
• This includes preventative and corrective maintenance of the assigned facility and execution of shipments including shipping and receiving, managing and optimizing global equipment movements, ensuring customs compliance and providing strategic support to Principal investigators.
• The Warehouse Operations Manager II is accountable for all US Government property and EarthScope-owned property.
