• Support national defense and critical operations
• Lead logistics operations that support technology refresh, installation projects, hardware sustainment, and equipment decommissioning

• Serves as Procurement Engineer in the Material Operations & Strategies organization with interaction with numerous HW, SW, Cloud & Cyber manufacturers and technical teams within Leidos.
• Candidate will solve problems in Cost/Value Engineering, Affordability, and Technical Solutions.
• Candidate is responsible for providing innovative technical solutions and sourcing strategies that drive down cost (market research, engaging with Category Managers/Supplier Relationship Managers, etc.)
• Candidate works with Solution Architects to define technical requirements by engaging suppliers
• Candidate works with program team to understand material requirements and collaborate on program strategy
• Candidate will also have job responsibilities associated with Supplier Management, Program Strategy Development, Program Material Acquisition, Business Process Re-Engineering, and Procurement Tool deployments.
• This individual should be a self-starter and someone that is flexible and is able to work independently.

• Analyse client needs, develop operational strategies, and offer guidance and support
• Focus on optimizing supply chain operations and improving end-to-end visibility and collaboration
• Work closely with clients to analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency
• Provide guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network
• Motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality
• Responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations

Connected Supply Chain, Planning – Manager

• Perform high-quality research on EV policies, supply chains and local-content rules, with a focus in Europe.
• Collect data, and perform quantitative analyses of datasets on the future costs and demand in batteries and minerals, production capacities, and trade flows.
• Author or co-author ICCT publications such as blogs, briefing papers, memos, working papers, and reports.
• Review and summarize technical and scientific literature and review the work of colleagues and outside consultants.
• Support presentations in public workshops and conferences, as well as regulatory working groups and policymaker briefings.

Battery Supply Chain Fellow

• Support key initiatives across procurement, logistics, inventory management, and operations.
• Analyze supply chain data (spend, inventory, freight, supplier performance)
• Develop dashboards and reports using Excel or BI tools
• Identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities
• Assist with supplier research and benchmarking
• Support RFQ/RFP processes (data collection, bid analysis, comparisons)
• Help track contract compliance and supplier performance metrics
• Support freight and logistics analysis (cost, service levels, carrier performance)
