Supplier Quality

• Ensure a strong and efficient interface between Supplier Quality and Strategic Sourcing, Engineering and Quality Value Streams functions
• Identify, deploy, and communicate the network of SQ contact points for each Configured Systems sub-commodity
• Set up data-driven operating rhythm to review, challenge, and support qualification needs, gaps, roadblocks, and planning
• Actively participate in Strategic Sourcing commodity reviews
• Ensure Quality risks, qualification needs, budget constraints & expertise gaps are known and addressed for new product qualifications and/or new suppliers’ introduction
• Align with Engineering Leaders in identifying and leading supplier development programs to continuously improve supplier performance and improve supplier base
• Work closely with Strategic Sourcing Global Commodity Leaders to identify and assess new supplier opportunities
• Support Quality Value Streams initiatives and proactively identify and execute process simplification ideas to improve quality and efficiency
• Support Global Configured Systems SQ Leader to develop and drive qualification standard (to include improved NPI performance)
• Train and deploy SQE resources to execute SDR and NCR resolution, coach critical RCAs/RCIs, support qualification and other SQ development activities

• Coordinate timely and effective technical and quality methodology support to SQ Engineers
• Identify, deploy, and communicate the network of SQ contact points for each Configured Systems sub-commodity
• Set up data-driven operating rhythm to review, challenge, and support qualification needs
• Actively participate in Strategic Sourcing commodity reviews
• Align with Engineering Leaders in identifying and leading supplier development programs
• Support Global Configured Systems SQ Leader in planning of a proactive global audit program
• Train and deploy SQE resources to execute SDR and NCR resolution
• Ensure that residual risks after First Part Qualifications are mitigated
