• Update existing knowledge articles using information from Knowledge Enhancement requests or through routine article maintenance in ServiceNow.
• Communicate with subject matter experts (SMEs) from other teams to verify information provided in new knowledge requests or knowledge enhancement requests using platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Microsoft Outlook.

• Work virtually with students in 2nd-6th grade, two sessions each week
• Tutor/Mentor a minimum of 3 students
• Each tutoring session is 45 minutes, and you receive 15 minutes of prep time
• Focus on building fundamental math and literacy skills using evidence-based online programs
