• You curate the A-assortment by building and maintaining a focused, high-impact product portfolio that balances hero SKUs with local market and retailer needs
• You set promotional guardrails by defining pricing, promotion depth, and trade investment to protect brand equity while enabling commercial success
• You develop in-store activation playbooks by creating scalable, channel-specific toolkits that sales teams can execute easily across markets
• You enable sales teams by translating strategy into clear, actionable materials such as sell-in decks, assortment rationale, and promotional frameworks
• You track and drive performance by defining relevant KPIs (e.g. distribution, sell-through, promo ROI) and establishing a clear review cadence across markets
• You ensure brand alignment with Germany by acting as the key interface between the core DE team and international markets—translating strategy without reinventing it

International Commercial Strategy Lead – ESN

• Set the strategic direction for client brands on social
• Translate business goals and market context into social-first strategies that drive measurable outcomes
• Work closely with the data and insights team to turn category, audience and platform intelligence into strategic decisions
• Work alongside Client Leads to gather essential client input, test assumptions, and consolidate them into one unified plan for content, community, commerce teams to execute
• Create strategic frameworks and briefs that make activation smarter and execution clearer
• Build campaign concepts designed to scale into 360 activations when relevant.

Industry Strategy Lead

• Own the full lifecycle of strategic programs from contract award through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer expectations, and operational capabilities
• Manage program financial performance, including P&L responsibility, forecasting, budgeting, cost control, margin optimization, and financial reporting
• Develop and execute program strategies that balance customer requirements, technical objectives, commercial goals, and operational constraints
• Build trusted relationships with customers, government stakeholders, partners, and internal leadership teams, acting as the primary point of contact for program-related matters
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate program risks across technical, operational, financial, contractual, and supply chain domains
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, production, procurement, quality, and operations to ensure successful program execution
• Monitor program performance through KPIs, milestones, and financial metrics, driving corrective actions when needed
• Support contract negotiations, change management activities, and commercial discussions throughout the program lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and company governance standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program execution, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
