• Drive the biweekly content planning cycle across Lifecycle, B2B, and Comms/Content teams, and develop SOPs that keep content creation, publishing, testing, and community engagement consistent and scalable
• Spot trends early, and run structured test-and-learn pilots
• Own performance tracking for organic social; moving fluidly between quantitative data and qualitative signals to surface what's working, what's not, and what to do next
• Stay current on how AI tools and LLM-powered search are shaping brand discovery as well as how brands like Niche get found and cited, and how social can influence those outcomes
• Lead experimentation with new formats, workflows, and approaches that leverage AI to increase speed, quality, and impact

• Assesses brand sentiment on The UPS Store social media channels, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.

• Writes and/or edits external and internal communications for social content.
