Write thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagement

Build a strong understanding of client brands, including their strategy, tone, and audience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced proficiency in English and French
Strong written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in English and French
Experience managing social platforms, specifically moderating and engaging
Familiarity with all major social platforms such as Facebook
Ability to engage with a variety of content topics (e.g., tech, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, health, pharma)
Strong organizational skills, reliability, and excellent customer service instincts
Access to reliable, high-speed internet suitable for remote work
