Sales Engineer

• The Territory Sales Engineer is responsible for executing strategic and tactical selling and demand generation strategies
• Responsible for managing overall existing customer account coverage and identifying and developing new potential customer targets
• Establish and successfully deploy sales and business development strategies and tactics to accomplish successful and profitable growth of Benshaw products
• Maintain high engagement with customers to ensure excellent service is provided
• Ensure high post-sales satisfaction, facilitating positive long-term relationships
• Fully leverages company Customer Relationship Management tools
• Implement demand generation and product promotional programs
• Drive culture of partnership with internal functions to support attainment of NPS, margin and market share objectives
• Coordinates/provides product and solution training and education to key customers to highlight product unique advantages

Territory Sales Engineer

• Owner of the Supply Chain Planning solution expertise through product evangelism, deep product expertise, and application of industry nuances and differentiators.
• Create deep Supply Chain Planning product expertise and represent the ‘go-to’ expert for the Supply Chain Planning platform.
• Provide expertise for Supply Chain Planning integration across prospects' business systems during the sales cycle.
• Support Supply Chain Planning opportunity qualification, progression, and closure through technical expertise and relationship building.
• Work directly with Channel Partners and Value-Added Resellers as required as part of sales cycles.
• Participate in deep-dive customer business requirements discovery sessions and develop integration requirements specifications and industry alignment.
• Provide Supply Chain Planning platform, product, and bill of material inputs into the prospect's proposal cycle.
• Prepare and lead Supply Chain Planning product demonstrations and Lead Proof of Concepts (POC).
• Provide customer and market differentiator input to Supply Chain Planning Product Management as input into future development and capability requirements.
• Attend key Sales Leadership and L10 meetings as required.

Sales Engineer, Supply Chain Planning

• Assist the Global Sales Team with their technical inquiries and tasks by monitoring and maintaining an inbound question queue
• Assist with technical trials across Samsara’s Sales Engineering team as necessary
• Create software scripting solutions and integrations where appropriate
• Be available for internal Q&A from Samsara account teams
• Produce and manage digital content to assist with product learning and adoption
• Update and manage internal hardware and software lab infrastructure
• Coordinate and participate in new product testing activities
• Gather and highlight industry-specific customer use cases
• Coordinate cross functional communication to ensure prospect success
