Sales Engineer

• Promote company products and technical solutions to architects and project developers
• Provide technical consultation and product presentations
• Build and maintain relationships with architectural firms and consultants

• Identify opportunities and sell more products or services (upselling) to current clients, growing the value of each existing account
• Seek and acquire new customers by performing the sales business process, from prospecting/canvassing, lead generation, to negotiation and closing contracts
• Perform customer visits and act as the primary point of contact for the customers, address concerns, and ensure their needs are met, commercially and technically in alignment with the targets set by the Company
• Monitor and catalyse after-sales support deliveries to make sure any customer's pain points are immediately and properly addressed in alignment with the targets set by the Company
• Assist the finance team to track whether customers pay on time and encourage payment performance
• Actively take part in professional and personal development activities in the Company
