Sales Engineer

• 主要负责公司所有液冷产品相关的安装、调试、技术培训以及维修和升级工作;
• 熟悉暖通相关其他阀门的维修与调试,如平衡阀,压差阀,蝶阀,闸阀,水控阀和止回阀。优先考虑平衡阀和压差阀的维修与调试。有电控执行器产品方面经验者尤佳。
• 对客户实施各种阀门产品售后服务和售前技术服务工作,搜集并反馈产品质量信息;
• 配合业务人员做好客户产品信息、故障率资料及其它资料的收集、整理反馈工作;
• 做好维修记录、信息反馈表以及售后服务报告,同时对其正确性负责;
• 保管好所领用的图纸、工具、仪器仪表、材料及样机;
• 做好公司对客户售后政策及文件的信息传递工作。
• 树立沃茨公司的专业形象,保证沃茨公司的名誉不受到侵害。
• 以及领导交代的其他工作。

After Sales Engineer

• Responsible for sales targets and strategies in HumiCool business
• Develop business and new opportunities in assigned territories
• Make technical proposals and commercial documents according to RFQs
• Collaborate with internal departments and update sales status regularly

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned local regions
• Visit customers for sales calls to capture sales orders
• Collect market intelligence and conduct market surveys as required

• Sales mainly focus on Coperion Compounding Plants in China with budget and reporting responsibility

• Acquire, analyse and process detail project background and specifications regarding technical and commercial requirements from customer
• Develop and implement a proper sales strategy in order to win the project
• Develop and prepare technical proposal and commercial quotation with supports from Coperion Network and Coperion Shanghai team
• Negotiate technical and commercial contracts
• Coordinate and support the internal and external sales network as well as related departments to achieve common success
• Analyse target markets
• Establish and maintain a long-term, reliable and beneficial relationship with customers and establish valuable contacts to decision makers
• Report project details and market information for further analysis and development
• Cooperate with other team members to drive for the result-oriented with clear work split, tasks and responsibilities
• Ensure proper communication and reporting of technical and commercial details internally, with customers and the Coperion Network

Senior Sales Engineer

• Sales Support Function for Sales Director (SD) and Regional Sales Managers (RSM), responsible for generating standard quotations, recap and documentations incorporating Coperion’s range of feeder, system and component.
• Ensure accuracy of quotations – equipment selection, pricing and commercial terms
• Ensure timely follow-up on all leads that are generated for respective territories
• Responsible for purchase order, recap and contract documents input to the factory in conjunction with RSM
• Assist in collection of overdue due accounts
• Ensure sales figures/quote/visit report to be input in system in time.
• Coordinate sales activities allocated by SD/RSM in addition to liaising with organisation executives and other TSM (Technical Sales Manager)/RSM worldwide as appropriate
• Participate in material testing and customer meetings as allocated by SD
• Participate in trade shows and sales seminars for reps and customers if required by SD
• Participate in presentations and site visits as required together with SD/RSM
• Support new market development if required by SD.

Technical Sales Engineer

• 维护现有客户，及时响应其需求和挑战

• Participate in structured training covering NI products, test and measurement fundamentals, and industry applications
• Support solution configuration, troubleshooting, and proof-of-concept activities
• Work with application engineers to develop technical solutions aligned to customer use cases
• Support Sales Engineers and Account Managers in customer meetings, demonstrations, and technical discussions
• Contribute to pipeline development through opportunity identification, qualification, and follow-up
• Participate in customer engagements to understand business challenges and solution requirements
• Support execution of marketing initiatives, including events, webinars, and campaigns
• Contribute to technical and commercial content for customer communication
• Participate in university engagement and user community initiatives
• Gain exposure to sales processes, pipeline management, and internal systems
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to support customer opportunities
• Develop an understanding of how solutions translate into business outcomes
