• Deliver major business goals for the portfolio, incl. financial metrics: orders, CM%, market share objectives within the assigned countries.
• Drive forecast, risks and opportunities.
• Develop customer connections & intimacy to ensure business growth within the assigned countries.
• Understand customer processes, touch points, objective & impacts.
• Execute and follow-up Action Plans for key accounts and strategic growth initiatives.
• Provide Input to the Market Sizing exercise for the PL, analysis of gaps coming from Regions business requests and PL NPI Plan.
• Participate in Priorities definition with PL Product Management and R&D

Account Executive

• Drive revenue growth, sales targets, and market share expansion across the SH&A portfolio.
• Provide appropriate support for TAVI, Structural Heart, and Aortic procedures, partnering with physicians and clinical teams.
• Manage and optimize distributor performance through business planning, target setting, and performance monitoring.
• Lead sales forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, and pipeline reviews.
• Develop and execute territory growth plans, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Identify market opportunities and develop strategic initiatives to increase adoption of Structural Heart and Aortic therapies and technologies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospital management, and procurement stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, supply chain, regulatory, reimbursement, and clinical teams.
