• Lead the end-to-end technical implementation and "white-glove" onboarding of Cint’s APIs for global partners
• Collaborate with Cint’s internal R&D and Engineering teams to design custom software workflows for complex partner integrations
• Use tools like Grafana, Kibana, and OpenSearch to monitor integration health, identify API bottlenecks, and drive data-backed optimizations
• Review new customers’ technical documentation to assess integration complexity, providing guidance and feature requests back to product teams
• Serve as the ultimate escalation point between external engineering teams and internal Sales/Customer Success units.

Senior Integration Specialist – API, SaaS, B2B

• Generate and qualify leads (inbound and outbound)
• Deliver consultative platform presentations
• Negotiate directly with decision-makers at medium and large companies
• Keep the CRM updated daily (discipline is not a plus — it’s fundamental)
• Actively participate in marketing and demand-generation activities
• Represent ContrataPJ at industry events and meetings
• Analyze data, produce reports, and propose commercial improvements
