• You will rapidly assimilate assigned business area's products and processes
• Experience in gathering requirements, functional design, testing and working with business processes
• Understand how IT affects an organization and ability to link it to redesigned business processes
• Good technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts in understandable terms
