About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor incoming incidents and other support activities
Analyze reported incidents or enhancements
Perform business process reviews
Document findings
Perform testing in relation to issue resolution, new changes or new/existing project deployment
Support change management initiatives and keep the training content up to date
Support PPG businesses to implement and operate SAP S/4HANA efficiently

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent educational track record
Knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) is required
Analytical and conceptual skills profile
Strong systems and process orientation
Excellent team player
Fluent in English is a must
Knowing other languages is a plus
Malaysia citizen or authorization to work in Malaysia on a permanent basis
Degrees considered: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science, Management Information Systems, Information Science and Technology, Computer Information Systems
