• Develop and execute a comprehensive safety and risk management strategy for all corporate and franchise operations

Director of Safety and Risk Management

• Provide enterprise leadership to design, standardize, and improve the end to end operating model across HEDIS and Risk Adjustment

• Ensure execution across internal teams, technology partners, analytics, finance, and external vendors is aligned and coordinated

• Own daily operations and workload planning (intake, assignment, prioritization, and capacity planning) to ensure reviews are completed within SLA timeframes
• Establish and monitor team performance metrics (timeliness, productivity, quality) and drive corrective actions where needed
• Oversee case assignment and case status management; remove blockers and coordinate rework for quality issues
• Lead a quality control and sampling program for completed EDD reviews; identify root causes, document findings, and implement training and process improvements

Manager, BSA – High Risk Customer Reviews

• Assist with and facilitate enterprise-wide Data Governance program activities and collaborates on strategic initiatives for data governance, data quality and metadata activities
• Supports Data Governance Council and Data Governance Committee, ensures execution of follow-up tasks assigned from the meetings, provides education and support for data governance across the organization
• Accountable for the analysis, development, and build of an Enterprise Data Catalog while also building related data lineage to directly support privacy, security, legal, and audit initiatives

• Leverages and helps implement automation and AI-assisted solutions to improve data quality monitoring, metadata management, and governance workflows.
