• Investigate and maintain claims for the company.
• Review and determine coverages and work with insurance companies to set claim reserves.
• Identify claims that require escalation to our insurance company during intake and gather all relevant and appropriate information at that time required for claim resolution.
• Management of property and auto damage, and workers compensation claims, handle serious losses, retain and direct defense counsel, attend mediations and depositions when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service while talking to insureds/claimants on the phone.
• Prepare statistical reports of claims activity and submit reports/findings as requested.
• Ensure the Company is taking appropriate measures to minimize claim losses and comply with government regulations.
• Create a positive and productive work atmosphere by communicating and behaving in a professional and team-like manner with all employees.

Risk Claims Manager

• Serve as direct supervisor relative to all sales and trade-related activities for the complexes assigned
• Review daily trade and periodic activity via the trade blotter and conduct necessary investigation and follow-up as warranted
• Review and approve new accounts and account updates to client and account profiles
• Perform account triage and in-depth analysis for monthly account reviews
• Assess risk in all areas of responsibility and escalate potential problems and concerns to the appropriate parties
• Work with complex management on systemic weaknesses that pose risk to ensure corrective measures are implemented

Supervisory Risk Manager

• Reviewing weekly audit request postings for Retail and Private Bank
• Evaluate all Retail and Private Banking work deemed key performance indicators regarding the operational performance of the Consumer line of business
• Communicate KPIs to Retail and Private Banking
• Administer the program to assess final errors that should be reported and reflected of consumer operational performance
• Report key performance indicators according to the frequency set in the program guidelines
• Administer weekly audit documentation requests for the retail key performance indicators
• Evaluate and review weekly audit documentation submitted by the Retail and Private Banking teams for key performance indicator reporting
• Prepare the Consumer Banking key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards for publishing to Consumer Banking teams monthly
• Monitor and maintain department email inboxes to ensure the Consumer Delivery Team is supported for key performance indicator reporting
• Develop and administer key risk indicators for Retail and Private Bank
• Other duties as assigned

Consumer Performance and Risk Analyst

• Develop and execute a comprehensive safety and risk management strategy for all corporate and franchise operations
• Establish safety standards, policies, procedures, and best practices that support operational excellence and risk reduction
• Create and manage company-wide safety scorecards, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems
• Lead initiatives designed to reduce workplace injuries, vehicle accidents, cargo claims, and insurance losses
• Foster a culture of accountability, leadership, and safety ownership across all levels of the organization
• Provide executive leadership with regular reporting and recommendations regarding safety trends, risks, and corrective actions
• Serve as the organization's primary authority on regulatory compliance and monitor regulatory changes
• Oversee the company's captive insurance programs and risk management initiatives
• Analyze workers' compensation, auto liability, general liability and cargo claims and implement proactive loss prevention strategies
• Develop and deliver safety certification programs for franchise owners and operational leaders
• Build and lead a high-performing safety and risk management function

Director of Safety and Risk Management

• Develop and analyze commercial real estate valuation models, including cash flow projections and discounted cash flow analyses
• Research and evaluate comparable sales data and market trends
• Conduct thorough market surveys and competitive analyses
• Perform detailed lease abstracts and reviews
• Assess property attributes and determine highest and best use scenarios
• Contribute to valuation reports with clear, data-driven insights
• Collaborate with senior team members on complex valuation assignments

Senior Analyst, Value and Risk Advisory

• Provide enterprise leadership to design, standardize, and improve the end to end operating model across HEDIS and Risk Adjustment
• Drive improvements in data collection, processing, encounter creation and management, submission controls, reconciliation, and audit readiness
• Ensure execution across internal teams, technology partners, analytics, finance, and external vendors is aligned and coordinated
• Establish and maintain governance structures for regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and defensible outcomes
• Own the end to end vendor operating model for Risk Adjustment
• Serve as the primary integrator across Quality, Performance Outcomes, Technology, Data, Analytics, Finance, Actuarial, Provider Quality, and external partners
