Revenue Operations

• Own Deal Desk processes, including deal reviews, validation approvals, contract checks, and other approval workflows
• Ensure deals progress smoothly from quote to close, maintaining compliance with internal standards
• Own CRM data quality and integrity, ensuring accurate and reliable data for reporting and forecasting
• Maintain and optimize data structures, properties, and workflows
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support pipeline visibility, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Provide insights and analysis to support decision-making across the revenue organization
• Support and optimize sales processes, including quoting (CPQ), validation, lead and deal lifecycle management
• Troubleshoot system and process issues, acting as first-line support for Sales teams
• Manage and support tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Waalaxy
• Ensure adoption, usability, and continuous improvement of the sales tech stack
• Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements through automation, workflows, and scalable solutions
• Contribute to ongoing process design and operational best practices
• Partner with Sales Executives, Sales Leadership, Partnerships, Portfolio Managers, Marketing, and Finance
• Support onboarding, training, and enablement initiatives related to tools and processes

Revenue Operations Specialist

• Manage all aspects of day to day pricing process for the car parking business.
• Decide tactical pricing and recommends changes to pricing and yield management strategy.
• Development of up-sell, cross-sell and bundling strategies to maximise basket value (average transaction values).
• Ensure prices, capacities and attributes are accurately reflected in sales systems.
• Design and implement program of price testing to ensure prices are optimised to market conditions.
• Deep dive trading data, and deliver insightful analysis to drive smart trading decisions, with ad-hoc analysis as required.
• Support the automation of regular pricing and trading activities (minimize time spent on manual processes).
• Propose market positioning of new parking products (for instance Relax Parking, Valet/Block-Parking).
• Gain understanding of key customer segments for parking and propose roll-up product pricing mix to maximize revenues and align to key customer segments.
• Co-ordinate trading activity with e-commerce and online marketing actions (website revenue and cost of sale)
• Propose the development and implementation of distribution strategy (tour operators, aggregators, airlines, official labels, white labels, etc).
• Monitor and analyse off-airport competition (number of operators, number of spaces, services offered, price comparison, market share, etc).
• Produce sales and occupancy forecasts, liaising with parking operations team as required (effectively manage demand peaks through price).
• Responsible for the website content of his/her portfolio in Mobility Services (both B2B and B2C).
• Manages the Parking GTC’s and Parking Online GTC’s.
• Manages all aspects of the Parking price changes after duly approved and supports the parking development projects as required.
• Prepare presentations and regular/ad-hoc reports for the management and other departments upon request.
